General Contracting

As a general contracting company, we are responsible for managing and building new construction while offering the service of repairing and restoring projects for both residential and commercial clients alike. In addition, these services are also provided to our government clients. The DownUp Construction team will ensure that our architecture/engineering work is completed as designed to provide the client with peace of mind.

DownUp Construction will serve as the overall project supervisor and do the most to ensure that subcontractors, such as plumbing, air conditioning/heating, painting, roofing, glazing, and electrical perform services as described and agreed upon—on time and within budget.

At DownUp Construction, we will also provide a proposal for construction services upon 100% completion of design drawings.

Our company performs large underground utility projects, plumbing works associated with new commercial buildings and/or residential houses, sanitary line replacements, and interior home damage as a result of pipe breakage. We assist our clients with insurance claims and certification of scope and budget assessments signed and certified by our in-house personnel and network consultants.
